The Sound of the Osprey Podcast is a creative initiative to raise awareness of Hollis Jeffcoat, a barely known woman painter figure in the Abstract Expressionist movement.

A podcast is a media that provides complete freedom for storytelling and introducing a new artistic figure to a broader general audience.Through a compelling series of personal events, the figure of painter Hollis Jeffcoat is presented and developed. Twelve of Hollis Jeffcoat’s paintings support the narration of Hollis Jeffcoat’s life events, her artistic development, as well as a discussion about the role and importance of art in our lives and humanity’s legacy.
